1. Use of the website
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You will not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorized access to any system, or use the site to transmit malicious code. All content on the site is owned by Your Local AI Partner or our licensors and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated.
2. Services
Our core service is an AI Tools Assessment — a flat-fee engagement ($999 USD) where we analyze your business and recommend AI tools to save time. Specific deliverables, timelines, and guarantees are described on our Pricing page and confirmed in writing before we begin work. We may also offer follow-on implementation services on a separate scope.
3. Payment & refunds
The assessment fee is due upon booking. If we don't save you 5+ hours per week within 30 days of implementation of our recommended tools, we will refund the assessment fee in full. The guarantee is described on our Pricing page and applies to the assessment fee only.
4. Intellectual property
Reports and recommendations we deliver to you are licensed for your internal business use. We retain ownership of our underlying methodologies, frameworks, and templates.
5. SMS messaging program
Your Local AI Partner — SMS Program
Program description: When you submit a form on our website, schedule a call, or otherwise opt in, we may send you SMS text messages related to your inquiry. This includes appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, follow-ups about your assessment, and responses to questions you've sent us. We do not send promotional messages without separate, explicit consent.
How to opt in: By providing your mobile number on a form that includes an SMS consent checkbox or notice, you consent to receive SMS messages from Your Local AI Partner at the number provided.
Message frequency: Up to 4 messages per month per inquiry, depending on your interaction with us. Frequency may vary.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
To stop messages: Reply STOP at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation, and no further messages will be sent.

Carrier disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Your Local AI Partner is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Your Local AI Partner from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the website or services, or your violation of these Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
