Your Local AI Partner ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to information we collect through yourlocalaipartner.com and any related services we offer (collectively, the "Services").

When you book a discovery call, request an assessment, fill out a contact form, or otherwise interact with us, we may collect:

Name and business name
Email address and phone number
Mailing or business address
Information about your business (industry, size, current tools, goals)
Any other information you choose to share with us

b. Information collected automatically

When you visit our site we automatically collect:

IP address and approximate location
Browser and device type
Pages viewed and time on site
Referring URL and search terms (where available)

We use Google Analytics 4 to collect this information. Google may set cookies to track usage. You can opt out via Google's Ads Settings or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

c. SMS / messaging information

If you opt in to receive text messages from us (for example, by submitting a form that includes SMS consent), we collect your phone number and any messages you exchange with us.

d. Free AI readiness diagnostic

If you complete our free AI readiness diagnostic at yourlocalaipartner.com/lead-qualifier.html, we collect:

Your business name, email address, and phone number
Your answers to the diagnostic questions (industry, lead volume, response speed, conversion rate, lead-capture channels, follow-up habits, biggest frustration, approximate annual revenue, and what you'd most like to automate)
Your IP address, user-agent string, and any UTM parameters present in the URL when you arrive
Your consent timestamp confirming you opted in to receive your report and follow-up communications

We use this information to (1) generate your personalised readiness report using a large-language-model AI provider (currently OpenAI), (2) email the report to you, (3) send occasional follow-up communications about our Services unless you unsubscribe, and (4) reach out to schedule a brief intro call if you indicate interest. Your diagnostic answers and contact details are not sold, rented, or shared with any third party for their own marketing.

The AI provider processes your answers solely to generate your report and does not retain the inputs for training. You can request deletion of your submission at any time by emailing info@yourlocalaipartner.com with the subject line "Delete my diagnostic submission" — we will action the request within 30 days.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

Respond to your inquiries and deliver the Services you've requested
Schedule, confirm, and follow up on calls and assessments
Send messages you've consented to receive (email or SMS)
Improve our website, content, and Services
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

3. SMS messaging consent & privacy

SMS consent and mobile information. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile information and opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

With service providers who help us operate the Services (e.g., email delivery, calendar scheduling, hosting, analytics) — under contract and only as needed to perform their function.
If required by law or in response to valid legal process.
To protect rights and safety of our company, our customers, or others.
In a business transfer (e.g., merger or acquisition), in which case any successor will be bound by this policy.
